FLOOR CAPTAIN

We are seeking a Full-Time Floor Captain for a new project located in the heart of the West Loop. We are looking for people who are committed and hard-working and enjoy the excitement that comes from working under pressure. We hope to find team-oriented people who want to be with us long-term and who may be interested in growing their skills and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

The floor captain’s job is to facilitate the harmonious flow of service between guests and teammates.

Responsibilities:

Radiate positive energy by being kind and hospitable

Maintain order on the floor and taking ownership of the guest experience

Function in the capacity of server, busser and runner

Follow all Steps of Service

Drive sales

Adhere to the 10 Tribe Commandments

Be an ambassador of Tribe
