DATE: Tuesday, April 29th, 2025

TIME: 10:00am – 3:00pm

LOCATION: Kelly Recruiting Office, 5901 Long Creek Park Dr. Suite F, Charlotte, NC, 28269 (Follow the job fair signs)

WHAT TO WEAR: Casual dress code but appropriate for an office environment: full-length pants covering your ankles (no tears/holes), shirt with sleeves (no tank tops, halter tops, strapless tops), no leggings/pajamas/sweatpants, no baggy or loose clothing. Please wear steel-toe shoes/boots (if you have them) or closed-toe shoes/boots.

We have Temp-to-Hire and Direct Hire opportunities available.

Pay Information:

1st shift: $19.64 per hour

2nd shift: $20.14 per hour

Shifts Available:

1st, 6:00 am – 2:00 pm, Mon – Fri with mandatory overtime starting at 4:00 am

2nd, 2:15 pm – 10:15 pm, Mon – Fri with mandatory overtime working until 12:15 am

Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays as required for mandatory overtime

What’s a typical day as a High Reach Forklift Operator?

Operating a Raymond Double High Reach Forklift to move products

Ensuring products are shipped out in a timely and effective manner

Using work orders to pick, pull (with RF Scan Gun), and prep products for shipment

Processing, wrapping, and labeling pallets at ship prep station

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Have at least 6 months of recent experience operating a Stand-up High Reach Forklift

Are detail-oriented, organized, process-driven, and have good verbal and written communication skills

Can adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards

Have the ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift boxes/products weighing up to 40 pounds on a repetitive basis throughout your entire 8-10 hour shift
