**This is a phone sales recruiting role, not an HR or corporate recruiting role.**
Position Overview:
The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for healthcare positions for our clients. This role demands a commitment to relationship building, a deep understanding of healthcare recruitment trends, and the ability to deliver exceptional service to both candidates and internal teams. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and be deeply invested in fostering a positive and welcoming company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for healthcare roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and attract top healthcare talent.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospective candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process, offering valuable insights into role expectations.
Ensure recruitment practices comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interview notes, and other relevant documentation.
Stay current on healthcare recruitment trends, industry best practices, and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 1 year of recruitment or sales experience in a metric-driven role. Healthcare recruitment experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse candidates and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of healthcare recruitment trends, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines is a plus.
Ability to maintain a relationship-focused approach while delivering efficient recruitment results.
Compensation Structure:
Initial Hourly Compensation: This position will begin as a non-exempt role with an hourly pay rate of $25.00.
Transition to Salaried Role: Upon meeting a defined book of business milestone—generally expected within 4 to 6 months—the position will convert to an exempt, salaried role with an annual base salary of $68,640.
Commission Eligibility: Commission earnings begin immediately and are payable once your first healthcare professional is successfully placed and begins working.
