Seeking Highly Creative Culinary Person
Collaborate with Chefs in development of daily menu items, such as appetizers, salads, desserts or other items.
Prepare and make such items during service.
Measure ingredients and seasonings to be used in cooking
Prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat etc.
Undertake basic cooking duties such as reducing sauces, parboiling food, and baking.
Prepare simple dishes such as salads, entrees, desserts etc., and assist the Chef when directed.
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly, comply with first in first out at all times.
Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
Our perfect candidate has food production and culinary experience.
A culinary arts degree is not essential.

High school diploma or GED certificate
Culinary arts degree (Preferred)
Cooking and food preparation experience
Strong communication and time management skills
