Are you an experienced professional in the exterior remodeling industry with a keen eye for detail and strong leadership skills? HD Exteriors, a fast-growing, family-owned business, is looking for an In-Field Quality Control Manager to ensure top-quality craftsmanship and seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Re-measure projects to confirm accuracy before installation.

- Conduct pre-construction meetings with homeowners to review project details.

-Manage day-to-day operations for crews, ensuring efficiency and quality.

- Conduct on-site inspections to uphold company standards and address any issues.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during project execution.

- Assist with scheduling and coordinating material deliveries.

- Troubleshoot and resolve job site challenges in real time.

Qualifications:

-Experience in exterior remodeling (decking, siding, roofing, or similar trades preferred).

-Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately.

- Proven experience managing crews and ensuring quality control.

- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
