Outside Sales Representative – Platinum Pest Control

Location: Lansing, IL or Milwaukee, WI Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting from $50,000/year + Uncapped Commission (Earn from Day 1!)

Are you a driven, outgoing, and goal-oriented professional looking to take your sales career to the next level? We're on the hunt for energetic Outside Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Lansing, IL and Milwaukee, WI. In this role, you'll be the face of our company—connecting with new customers, understanding their needs, and offering customized pest control solutions that protect their homes and businesses.

You’ll play a key role in growing our customer base, all while earning competitive pay and commission from your very first day.

What You’ll Do

Hit the ground running with cold calling and on-site visits to engage potential customers.

Develop, grow, and manage your own portfolio of accounts.

Assess pest control needs through property inspections and present tailored solutions.

Negotiate deals and close sales to exceed revenue goals.

Log and manage your sales activity in our CRM system.

Partner with sales leadership to develop effective strategies and custom proposals.

Collaborate with service/operations teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.

Stay informed on market trends and customer feedback to improve our services.

What We’re Looking For

Proven success in sales, lead generation, or account management—experience in pest control or a service-related industry is a big plus!

Confident communicator and persuasive negotiator.

A self-starter who can thrive both independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable conducting on-site inspections and walking clients through the process.

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM tools (we’ll train you on ours).

Spanish-speaking? That’s a major plus!

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Lansing, IL – Covering Chicagoland & NW Indiana (8 positions available)

Milwaukee, WI – Metro area & surrounding communities (4 positions available)

Note: Daily commuting is required during the first 60 days. Relocation may be required before start.

Schedule

Monday–Friday

Occasional evenings & weekends based on customer needs

Up to 8 hours per week in-office
