RMT is accepting resumes for outgoing individuals to work part-time as a Marketing Intern during the summer of 2025.

RMT Roofing and Waterproofing Consultants is a nation-wide consulting company that has been in business since 1990. RMT is searching for a marketing intern to assist with the implementation and organization of CRM software and to create content for social media platforms that would continue to spotlight RMT in the roofing industry as a key player.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including CRM, social media development, content creation, and performance marketing.

The hours are between 8:00am-4:00pm. The position is for up to 25 hours per week at $15-$23/hour. This internship is for the summer of 2025 only.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and website.

Create engaging content for social media platforms that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Support the team in managing social media accounts, including scheduling posts and responding to audience engagement.

Assist in implementing various marketing plans and strategies to build RMT's Business Development Pipeline

Assist with CRM data and creating marketing materials to enhance and utilize the CRM effectively

Assist with website maintenance and enhancement

Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing strategies and initiatives.

Our ideal Candidate will have the following:

Experience or coursework in marketing, social media management, CRM or related fields is preferred.

Experience with CRM preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Enrolled in an accredited college institution

Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
