Position Description: The role of Client Success Partner is to provide world-class customer service to our clients and employees by means of clerical, verbal and analytical performance while exceeding expectations of current and prospective clients/customers of Trion Solutions, Inc. The Client Success Partner handles specific assigned accounts to foster the relationship between our company and our clients and to manage and handle projects and issues related to a given account. Position Responsibilities: Responsibility #1 - Client Relations
Primary Point of Contact:
Act as the main liaison between clients and your company, ensuring seamless communication and building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Client Support & Payroll Expertise:
Provide expert guidance to clients regarding payroll software functionality, ensuring clients understand how to use the software effectively.
Data & Payroll Audits:
Regularly perform audits on client data, including employee and payroll information, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Client Activity Support:
Assist clients with various tasks, including maintaining data integrity and providing support for onboarding processes.
Coordination Between Departments:
Facilitate communication between the client and internal departments (e.g., tax, benefits, payroll, workers compensation, client services), ensuring a smooth and collaborative workflow.
Troubleshooting & Issue Analysis:
Investigate and resolve any software or reporting issues reported by clients, providing analysis and solutions in a timely manner.
Report Development & Accuracy:
Develop, run, and format reports as requested by clients, ensuring the datas accuracy and integrity.
Maintaining Compliance:
Ensure that both your company (Trion) and the client are always adhering to regulatory standards and industry compliance in all aspects of payroll, taxes, and employee data.
Internal Collaboration:
Engage in discussions and meetings with internal departments to ensure client accounts are well-managed, and clients needs are met to ensure overall client success.
Client Visits:
Attend in-person or virtual client meetings as needed to maintain relationships, discuss ongoing needs, and provide personalized service.
Ongoing Client Rapport:
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout the partnership.
Proactive Services & Follow-Up:
Offer proactive services by anticipating client needs and performing regular check-ins or follow-ups to address any issues or offering additional support.
Responsibility #2 - Government Regulations
Compliance with Laws & Policies:
Stay updated on and follow all applicable state and federal laws related to payroll, taxes, and HR practices, ensuring the companys operations align with legal standards.
Protecting the Company from Liability:
Take necessary actions to minimize the company's risk and exposure to legal or financial liability by adhering to compliance standards and best practices.
Responsibility #3 - Personal Development
Continuous Education on Legal Changes:
Keep up to date with any changes in state and federal laws relevant to your role through ongoing learning, attending seminars, webinars, or reading publications.
Mandatory Training:
Complete all required training programs as mandated by the company or industry regulations to ensure your knowledge is current.
Sharing Ideas for Growth:
Contribute innovative ideas or suggestions that could help improve processes, services, or overall company growth, both for your personal development and the companys success.
Additional Duties:
Take on any other responsibilities or tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to support the companys needs.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: CLIENT SUCCESS PARTNER - \t3 to 5 years work experience in Human Resources, Payroll or related field required
\tExperience in PEO (Professional Employer Organization) preferred
\tHighly ethical with the ability to understand and review state and federal law, as well as company policies and procedures.
\tBachelors degree in business, human resources or related field preferred.
\tHRIS and Payroll system experience preferred
\tProficient in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
\tEffective communication, both verbal and written

\tExcellent interpersonal skills
