We are seeking a Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating mechanical components used in centrifugal compressors and related equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, be detail-oriented, and have a passion for working with their hands.

We are hiring for first [6A-2P] and second [2P-10P] shifts.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Perform quality checks and inspections on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.

Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.

Ensure all safety guidelines and procedures are followed at all times.

Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

High School diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in mechanical or industrial fields is a plus.

1-3 years of experience in mechanical assembly or a related field.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical assembly equipment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.

Full-time
