Job Responsibilities

Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on Generac generators (residential and commercial units).

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control issues efficiently.

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

Maintain accurate service records and complete detailed reports.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repairs clearly.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Generac generator repair and maintenance.

Certification: Generac certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with knowledge of electrical systems.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.

Must pass a background check, drug screen, and physical.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
