We’re looking for an experienced construction project manager who can lead our projects to success! We are looking for the best PM who wants to be part of the best. You’ll oversee the entire construction project, ensuring it’s completed correctly and on time.
You will need to have a desire and drive to excel, as we are always pushing the bounds of what is possible with innovation and industry-leading practices. You should also have hands-on experience in all facets of construction. This is a tool-belt-on position.

$50,000 - $80,000 yearlyResponsibilities:
Obtain all necessary permits and licenses from the appropriate authorities and ensure construction is up to code
Clarify the scope with clients, engineers, construction managers, and architects to produce an accurate list of project specifications, including manual labor needs and necessary materials
Conduct business with external vendors, contractors, and critical subcontractors to negotiate profitable contracts
Manage general contractors and construction workers and give guidance as needed to ensure high-quality project performance
Plan and schedule the entire construction project, including construction operations and timelines to make sure project deadlines are metQualifications:
College degree (Bachelor’s) in construction management, engineering, or another relevant field
In-depth knowledge of the construction industry and entire building process, including building codes, blueprints, permits, construction equipment, material resources, construction processes, and project management principles
1+ years of experience as a construction project manager
Superb leadership capability, organizational skills, time-management abilities, and communication skills
Experience using construction or project management software preferred
