Solarity Credit Union is seeking a Branch Operations Manager!

The Branch Operations Manager is responsible for creating extraordinary experiences for the membership of Solarity by ensuring our teller operations are always in tip top shape.

The perfect candidate will be responsible for continuous improvement for our processes, employee interactions, and efficiencies to achieve maximum productivity and the highest level of member and staff experience.

A Day in the life of a Branch Operations Manager: Although each day will be a different adventure in this role, here's a snapshot of what a day could look like: Have a huddle with your team at one of your branches and go over procedural updates that will enhance efficiencies in the drive up.

Work with Central Operations, Audit, Compliance, IT and other internal teams to ensure mutually beneficial solutions are developed and implemented.

Review audit scores and find errors and inaccuracies to make adjustments to daily transactions.

Write, edit, and/or communicate all physical location procedures.

Meet with the Teller Supervisors to coach them and discuss their aspirations for growth and identify areas that they can work closely with you to prepare for the next step!

Send a Solarian Salute for a member of your team that went above and beyond for one of our members by constantly looking at transactions through their member-obsession lens.

3 years of progressive experience in financial institution operations.

2 years of supervisory experience strongly preferred.

Experience working in an environment focused on rapid growth and quick change.
