We are looking for a skilled Extrusion Operator to set up, operate, and monitor production extrusion machinery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for starting up extrusion lines, making necessary adjustments to stabilize the process, minimizing scrap, and maximizing efficiency.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor production extrusion machinery.
Start-up extrusion lines and make all required adjustments to stabilize the process.
Monitor to achieve desired results and ensure product quality.
Utilize plastic extrusion machines, extrusion molders, and extrusion process techniques.Essential Skills
2+ years of experience as an extrusion operator.
Proficiency in operating plastic extrusion machinery.
Ability to perform machine setup and adjustments.
Experience with machine operations including press brake and calipers.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of plastic, extruder, and extrusion processes.Why Work Here?

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Conover, North Carolina.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
