Competitive pay at 20.59 per hour
Steady Monday - Friday schedule, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Opportunity for full-time hire based on performance
Work in a team-oriented, safety-conscious environmentKey Responsibilities:
Fabricate parts according to blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions
Operate tools and machinery such as drill presses, turret punches, punch presses, air tools, band saws, belt sanders, brake presses, and shears
Maintain a high level of accuracy and craftsmanship in all fabrication tasksWhat We’re Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, crouching, and standing for extended periods
Proficiency in using measurement tools, including:
Rulers in tenths, hundredths, and fractions of an inch
Micrometers and calipers in increments of thousandths of an inch
Converting fractions to decimals and vice versa
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, work instructions, and specification sheets
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a teamPhysical Requirements:
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Standing for extended periods
Performing repetitive hand and wrist motions
Bending, stooping, and reaching to complete tasks
Pay Details: 20.59 per hour
