Engineer III

Job Description

GEE Group is on the hunt for an Engineer III who knows the playbook and can call the shots when needed. You’ll take the reins on smaller-scale projects, guide junior teammates, and ensure every deliverable hits the mark—on time, on budget, and by the book.

What You’ll Do:

· Support and step in for Project Managers on simpler projects

· Coordinate with clients and cross-discipline teams

· Keep timelines tight and budgets tighter

· Review, mentor, and lead junior engineers and designers

· Travel domestically to job sites and client meetings

· Ensure everything meets codes, standards, and expectations

What You Bring:

· Bachelor’s in Engineering + 5 years (or Master’s + 3 years)

· EIT certification (required), PE preferred

· Strong grasp of engineering codes and standards

· Proven leadership on technical project scopes

· Experience reviewing and correcting technical drawings

· Confidence to lead without ego, and mentor without micromanaging
