The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, coordinate service appointments, and ensure efficient dispatching of technicians.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and with attention to detail, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with clients and confirm service appointments.
• Use dispatching tools to assign technicians to service calls efficiently.
• Enter and maintain customer data accurately in company systems.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
• Manage email correspondence with customers and colleagues, ensuring timely responses.
• Process orders in accordance with company procedures, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to update records and track service-related metrics.
• Maintain a detail-oriented demeanor and adhere to a business casual dress code.
• Assist with rotating Saturday schedules as required.• Previous experience in customer service or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and other basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
• Skilled in scheduling and dispatching technicians.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including rotating Saturdays.
