Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating an SMT machine. You will read and follow assembly prints, work instructions, drawings, procedures, and specifications used in the manufacture of PCBs and/or systems. You will assist with line changeover and continuously maintain a clean machine.

6+ months of manufacturing experience
Ability to pass Testing with a minimum score of 70%
100% accuracy in Reading Comprehension
6+ months of hand tools experience

Experience with CNC, troubleshooting, and blueprint reading

Work Environment
The work environment is climate-controlled and well-maintained. Employees are required to wear smocks and ESD equipment, which is supplied by the company. The available shifts include 1st shift (6am-4pm, Monday to Thursday), 2nd shift (3:45pm-1:45am, Monday to Thursday), and a 4th shift (6am-6pm, Friday to Sunday).

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, Minnesota.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
