Tech Product Manager

Job Description

Akkodis is seeking a Tech Product Manager for a Contract job with a client in Woonsocket, RI(Hybrid). Responsibilities include leading the development of enterprise-level chatbot solutions, managing product roadmaps, and ensuring clear communication between technical and business teams.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $52/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Tech Product Manager job responsibilities include:

Leading the development and implementation of requirement roadmaps based on enterprise chatbot strategy and goals.

Managing prioritization, improvements, and trade-offs based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and time to market.

Conducting deep dive analysis of data to identify enhancement opportunities for product improvement.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to deliver solutions in an agile environment.

Owning the strategic value, usability, and performance of chatbot solutions.

Bridging communication between technical and business teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Gathering and analyzing user feedback and chatbot performance data to improve user experience and engagement.

Managing the product backlog, ensuring that it is always ready for 1-2 sprints/iterations.

Monitoring progress and providing regular updates to executives and stakeholders.

Driving product launches and working with cross-functional teams across the enterprise.

Mentoring team members and providing technology guidance throughout the product domain.

Encouraging innovation and experimentation with new technologies and solutions.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

10+ years of experience, with 5+ years in a techno-functional or product management role.

Strong experience with chatbot deployment in enterprise or large-scale applications.

Expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models, NLP, and distributed systems, with knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $52.00 per hour
