PC Technician

Job Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a PC Technician in the manufacturing industry, located in Houston, Texas. This role involves a wide range of tasks primarily focused on the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer systems.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and resolving issues related to computer hardware and software

• Utilizing skills in Dell, IBM, Linux, and Mac technologies for system management and repair

• Conducting AB Testing to ensure system functionality and efficiency

• Managing user accounts and systems through Active Directory

• Handling Apple devices and managing their software and hardware concerns

• Implementing backup technologies to secure data and prevent loss

• Overseeing cable installation for system connectivity and network setup.• Demonstrable experience with Computer Hardware

• Proficient in using Dell Technologies

• Knowledge of IBM systems and solutions

• Familiarity with Linux Technologies

• Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Mac Computers

• Experience with AB Testing to optimize system performance

• Understanding of Active Directory and its functionalities

• Proficiency in handling and maintaining Apple Devices

• Experience with Backup Technologies to secure data

• Ability to perform Cable Installation and maintenance in a manufacturing setting
