Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The position primarily focuses on mechanical maintenance tasks, such as hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting, machine rebuilds, tear-downs, and preventative maintenance. Additionally, candidates should bring strong electrical expertise for tasks like troubleshooting 3-phase motors, rewiring equipment, reading blueprints and schematics, and performing basic PLC troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct mechanical maintenance tasks, including hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting, machine rebuilds, and tear-downs.

Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment functionality.

Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, including working on 3-phase motors and machine wiring.

Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to address equipment concerns.

Troubleshoot PLCs as necessary.

Address and resolve work orders for downed machines while completing preventative maintenance during downtime.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance.

2-4 years of mechanical troubleshooting experience.

2-4 years of electrical troubleshooting experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
