Description

looking for a candidate to come in and take ownership of the help desk. They have been stuck in their way for years and they are looking for a high energy individual to help implement change and best practices. Plenty of opportunity to grow. The successful candidate will take initiative for process improvement on the help desk and desktop support teams. They will be involved with both over the phone and face to face support. still has about 500-600 devices they will need to migrate, which the successful candidate will be involved in.

If the changes to the organization go smoothly, it will allow for the workers in the lab be able to perform their job better, resulting in more revenue.

With the overflow of tickets, this may impact the engineers on-site who are doing the Biology work in the lab environment.
