Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to run a Besser Machine for forming and molding concrete to meet customer specifications. This role also involves performing plant and yard maintenance and cleaning tasks to meet RCP standards. Adherence to safety rules and timely completion of reports are critical. The candidate must be capable of lifting 50+ pounds and should have solid machine operator experience.
Responsibilities
Operate a Besser Machine to form and mold concrete according to customer specifications.
Perform plant and yard maintenance and cleaning to RCP standards.
Adhere to safety rules and regulations at all times.
Complete required reports accurately and on time.
Assist with various tasks around the plant and yard as needed.Essential Skills
Solid machine operator experience.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
At least 6 months of consistent work history in the past 12 months.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing and production.
General labor skills.
Knowledge of electrical systems.
Ability to use a tape measure.
Experience working with concrete slabs.

Work Environment
This is a very dirty work environment where steel-toed boots, jeans, and a shirt are required. The work is physically demanding, and employees are encouraged to stay active by constantly seeking tasks to perform, such as cleaning and assisting in other areas. The team consists of 8 full-time employees. This is a seasonal position, with a layoff period in December each year and a return in March/April, depending on weather conditions.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rochester, Minnesota.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
