Job Duties:

Full cycle accounts payable by processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Enter and upload invoices into the system and coding to the right budget

Take advantage of any discount opportunities

Resolve discrepancies and issues with vendors.

Process credit card expenses

Act as backup for accounts receivable and billing

Requirements:

At least 2 years of accounts payable and general accounting principles experience

Comfortable with formulas and formatting in Excel

Strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per hour
