Description:
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for resolving problems by clarifying customer requests, questions, and complaints. They will analyze situations in order to determine the best use of resources and maintain customer records.
In this position, you will work with customers through a variety of communication channels, ensuring excellent customer service. You will understand and troubleshoot issues by providing basic support of platforms and managing client requests.
This position will be email based support mainly.
Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED
1 - 3 years of customer service experience including chat or email
Hours:
1st Shift - 615am-245pm, Sunday-Thursday
2nd Shift - 3pm-1130pm, Tuesday-Saturday
3rd Shift - 930pm-8am, Wednesday-Saturday
Training:
Onsite for 3 weeks in Beloit, WI. After training, this position will move to 4 days remote and 1 day in office.
