Job Title: Refurb Technician

Shift: 7a-3:30p Mon-Fri (must be open to working between 6a-5p for overtime, some half days on Saturday for OT)

Pay: $18/hr

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Refurb Technician to join our team in the Refurbish department. Our company manufactures smart safes (cash automation machines) used by various retailers, including Chick Fil A, Wendy's, and 7-11. As a Refurb Technician, you will be responsible for testing, repairing, and cleaning parts from field returns, warranty returns, and RMA returns. This role involves working with medium to large-sized equipment in a clean and climate-controlled facility.

Responsibilities

Perform part testing of field return parts.

Test and repair compromised field returns, warranty returns, and RMA returns.

Clean all refurbished parts.

Retrieve software and other information from the database.

Lift boxes and parts, some weighing up to 50 lbs.

Maintain attention to detail in all tasks.

Multi-task effectively.

Move all received material to designated departments.

Keep the work area clean and orderly.

Communicate and collaborate well with others.Essential Skills

Attention to detail.

Flexibility.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with testing, hand tools, power tools, repairs, inspections, and quality checks.

Work Environment

You will work in a clean and climate-controlled facility with a strict no cell phone policy. The shift hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with the possibility of starting as early as 6:00 AM when needed and overtime as required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Carrollton, Texas.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
