Position Overview:

This is a hands-on role for a versatile IT professional with a solid background in both systems and networking. You’ll work directly with clients to design, implement, support, and maintain their infrastructure environments. The work is diverse—ranging from onsite client visits to remote support from home. Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert-level support for Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and core networking technologies (routing, switching, firewalls)

Design, deploy, and maintain infrastructure solutions for small to mid-sized businesses across diverse industries

Perform regular onsite client visits for proactive support, troubleshooting, and project work

Respond to escalated issues and work closely with clients to deliver top-tier customer service

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure successful project execution and issue resolution

Document system configurations, changes, and procedures to ensure clear communication and continuity

Key Technologies:

Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy

Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD

VMware or Hyper-V virtualization

Network routing and switching (Cisco, HP/Aruba, etc.)

Firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, WatchGuard, etc.)

Backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure with both systems and networking responsibilities

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you’re comfortable working directly with clients

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

A consultative mindset—someone who can spot opportunities to improve client environments

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits
