Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Scale House Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling trucks in and out, managing paperwork, writing up orders, and answering phone calls. This role involves significant customer interaction, requiring excellent communication skills and a personable demeanor.
Responsibilities
Scale trucks in and out
Manage and complete paperwork accurately
Write up orders
Answer phone calls from customers
File documents and perform data entry with accuracy
Interact with customers and provide excellent customer service
Handle frustrated customers with patience and professionalismEssential Skills

Work Environment
Office setting at a fertilizer distribution facility. The role requires interaction with customers and handling various administrative tasks. The work environment is fast-paced, and you may be required to work late hours and rotating Saturdays.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Pasco, Washington.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
