CNC Programmer Machinist

Job Description

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer Machinist to join our manufacturing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in machining, a solid understanding of G-code and CAD/CAM software, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or lathes

Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD models

Use CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) to create and optimize programs

Perform quality checks using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)

Maintain machines and ensure safe, clean work environments

Qualifications:

2+ years of CNC programming and machining experience

Proficiency with G-code and CAM software

Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

High attention to detail and commitment to quality
