Job Title: Warehouse Lead

Job Description

The Warehouse Lead plays a key role in ensuring the efficient flow of materials within the warehouse, production, and shipping areas to support inventory accuracy and on-time delivery. This position is responsible for coordinating daily warehouse activities, maintaining safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and 5S practices without direct supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain and promote safety standards within the warehouse.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including lean manufacturing and 5S practices.

Support inventory accuracy and on-time delivery.Essential Skills

2+ years of shipping/receiving experience (strongly prefer international shipping experience).

1+ years of experience working with computers (data entry, word processing).

1+ years of UPS and FedEx shipping experience.

Ability to speak and write efficiently, along with following written and verbal directions.

High school diploma/GED.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with inventory management.

Proficiency with ERP systems, specifically SAP.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $70000.00/yr.

Full-time
