Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our client's team in Delray Beach, Florida. This Contract-to-permanent position offers the opportunity to play a key role in transforming business data into actionable insights. Responsibilities:

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and inform business decisions.

• Design and implement secure data management processes and access controls.

• Develop and maintain detailed reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Submit required data uploads on daily, monthly, and quarterly schedules.

• Provide subject matter expertise and support for the organization's systems, including EMR/EHR platforms.

• Organize, manage, and conduct training sessions for new team members and ongoing staff development.

• Collaborate with IT and upper management to align data solutions with business needs.

• Ensure data accuracy and security while optimizing reporting efficiency.

• Assist end-users with system functionalities and troubleshooting.

• Participate in meetings and contribute to data-driven strategies as directed by supervisors.• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.

• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools and data analytics software.

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and their functionalities.

• Advanced skills in Excel and Access.

• Experience with Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT).

• Strong ability to manage and organize large datasets.

• Excellent communication skills for cross-department collaboration.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and security in data handling.
