Steel Fabricator/Welder

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail oriented welder/fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating and welding steel components for various projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.

The pay structure for this role is dependent on skills and experience with a pay range from $21-$24/hour. We offer benefits such as matching 401k, health/dental/vision insurance, paid holidays/time off, and career advancement opportunities. Our fabricators work 4 days a week (10-hour shifts) for a three day weekend.

Key Responsibilities:

-Read and interpret CAD drawings to determine project specifications

-Perform welding tasks using MIG welding techniques

-Maintain clean and organized workspace

-Work independently as well as collaborate with team members to complete tasks

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; welding certification preferred

-proven experience in fabrication and welding

-Ability to read and interpret units of measurement on tape measure

-Attention to detail

-Physical strength to handle heavy materials
