Education: Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.

Experience: 5 years of experience with progressive dies and tools.

Technical Skills: Proficiency with AutoCAD is a plus.

Communication: Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group settings.

Self-Management: Ability to work independently, display initiative, and solve issues autonomously.

Creative Thinking: Willingness to experiment with new ideas, methodologies, and procedures.

Teamwork: Ability to interact effectively with other technicians, employees, and vendors.
