Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

· Strategize and execution of all accounting functions — from GL to fixed assets and audits

· Annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and the insight to spot trouble before it hits

· Full-spectrum financial reporting, internal controls, compliance

· Cross-functional collaboration — operations, leadership, purchasing — you touch it all

Accounting Manager Key Experiences:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance

· 3–5 years of managerial experience in finance or accounting

· Knowledge of GAAP, and ERP systems

· The confidence to lead — and the humility to keep learning
