Job Description

Savin Engineers is seeking a detail-oriented Registered Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing architectural plans, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations, and providing constructive feedback to design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough reviews of architectural plans and specifications to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and company standards.

Prepare detailed architectural plans and specifications.

Provide clear, concise, and actionable feedback to design teams to facilitate necessary revisions and improvements.

Collaborate with project architects, engineers, to address and resolve identified issues.

Participate in project meetings to discuss plan reviews and contribute to the overall project development process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture

Must be a Registered Architect

10+ Years Experience

Experience with School Construction Authority a Plus.

In-depth knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback effectively. Company Description
