Titan Robotics, Inc. (“Titan,” is a private small business located in the Airside Business Park with additional operations at the Pittsburgh International Airport. The candidate for this position will be primarily located at the Airside Business Park facility. Titan’s operations focus on the development and production of robotic systems and equipment. Job Summary

Titan Robotics, Inc. is looking for Mechanical Engineers who will provide design, analysis, testing, and contribute to the production of industrial automation systems. Candidates with 3+ years of experience are being considered. This role is part of the hardware group which supports various fast-paced projects across the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform research and development activities to support new product development and enhancements of new and existing products.

Conceptualization and creation of mechanical designs satisfying project technical requirements.

Perform engineering calculations and track engineering development notes.

Apply DFM principles and create mechanical drawings for part fabrication and communicate with vendors as required.

Create build documentation for system assembly and installation. Support assembly technicians during builds. Tracking of as built deviations.

· Provide project effort and budget estimations.

Strong team collaboration and communication skills.

Balance multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to be flexible and adaptable and work in a team environment or individually.

Estimated yearly travel 20% or less.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience in SolidWorks, PDM, and Simulation.

Strong technical aptitude and grasp of engineering concepts, including applicable tools and systems.

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Experience with CAD tools and modeling best practices.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Robotics Engineering.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Mechanical or Robotics Engineering.

Experience working with government contracts.
