We’re hiring a Helpdesk Specialist who’s not just technically skilled, but also thrives in a people-first, mission-driven environment. You’ll be the friendly face and reliable resource behind our IT systems, supporting employees, solving technical issues, and keeping our infrastructure running efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

Be the first line of support for all things tech: hardware, software, and networks.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues via phone, email, and in person using a ticketing system.

Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripheral devices.

Assist with managing Active Directory, password resets, and permissions.

Support our office tech—from printers and VoIP phones to security systems.

Document IT processes and maintain an up-to-date inventory.

Help employees stay savvy on cybersecurity and tech best practices.

What You Bring:

Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience preferred, but not required.

At least 1 year of hands-on helpdesk or tech support experience.

Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, Microsoft 365, and office software.

Strong communication skills—you know how to talk tech to non-tech users.

Experience with Active Directory and a basic understanding of network security.Company Description
