Chicago, IL (Wood Dale, IL) Full-Time Contract-to-Hire $85K–$95K (flexible for the right fit)

What You’ll Do:

Edit and adapt PLC programs (primarily Allen Bradley / Studio 5000) for new equipment builds

Support equipment testing and commissioning—on-site and in the field (20–40% travel, including international)

Assist in electrical design tasks and mark up wiring schematics (AutoCAD Electrical experience is a plus)

Work cross-functionally with build teams, engineers, and technicians to deliver quality, customized solutions

What We’re Looking For:

Bachelor’s in Engineering (Electrical preferred, U.S. degree)

1–2+ years of controls experience in a manufacturing or automation setting

Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs and Studio 5000

Hands-on commissioning and installation experience

Valid passport or eligibility to obtain one

Bonus Points For:

OEM or food equipment/packaging industry experience

AutoCAD Electrical knowledge and wiring diagram redlining
