Job Title: Nurse Practitioner (Family Medicine)
Location: Healthonomic Primary Care – Orland Park, IL 60467
Reports to: Maria Lentzou, M.D., Medical Director
Position Summary
Healthonomic Primary Care is seeking a full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our outpatient practice in Orland Park, Illinois. The Nurse Practitioner will provide primary care services in collaboration with our team of physicians, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals and families.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive, evidence-based primary care for patients across the lifespan, including health promotion, disease prevention, diagnosis, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with applicable laws and practice standards; close charts within 48 hours of each patient encounter.
Schedule is five days per week, including one evening per week and two Saturdays per month (reduced to one Saturday upon meeting visit targets).
Participate in the weekend call schedule rotation (minimum one weekend per month).
Promote the practice’s services through community engagement such as lectures, health fairs, and educational events.
Maintain valid licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in Illinois and meet all credentialing requirements.
Comply with all internal policies, billing documentation protocols, HIPAA standards, and regulatory guidelines.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: Competitive.
Bonus: Discretionary annual bonus based on performance and organizational success.
Paid Time Off: 10 vacation days per year.
CME: 2 paid CME days annually, with a $2,000 CME stipend.

Requirements
Current, unrestricted Illinois APRN license and Board Certification in Family Medicine
Active DEA registration and IL Controlled Substance License
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new grads considered)
EMR proficiency and strong organizational skills
