Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator

Position Overview:
The Scheduling Coordinator at Sutter Health Park serves as an essential administrative hub for staff scheduling. This focused role supports our largest employee population segment of 400 team members across Guest Services, Security, and EMS. Working closely with the VP, Stadium Operations as well as the Directors of Guest Services and Security & Fan Experience, you will manage scheduling operations, ensure payroll compliance, and track attendance. Your exceptional organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will ensure our staff are optimally prepared to deliver an outstanding experience at all Sutter Health Park events.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Staff Administration
Manage event staff scheduling for 400 team members across Guest Services, Security, and EMS for all Sutter Health Park events
Handle event-day call-outs, schedule changes, on-premises reporting, no-shows, and attendance documentation
Produce and update event information sheets, staff positioning reports, and other event-specific materials
Correspond with event staff via ABI, email, and phone regarding scheduling, event questions, and time off requests
Review and update payroll to ensure compliance and accuracy of time clock entries, meal periods, etc.
Work with payroll department to ensure timesheet records are accurate
Assist in tracking time and attendance issues
Step in to assist leadership when necessary Required Skills and Abilities:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, and Publisher)
Experience with time management or payroll systems preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities with capacity to prioritize competing tasks
Analytical mindset to manage complex data and develop efficient processes
Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills to meet hard deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Intuitive understanding of organizational needs with a proactive approach Education, Experience & Expectations:
College degree and/or relevant experience in scheduling, administrative support, or similar field is preferred
Minimum three (3) years' experience in administrative support, customer service, or event operations Physical Requirements:
Ability to move throughout the ballpark facility and sit for prolonged periods at a desk
Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds Compensation:
The base salary range for this hourly professional role is $49,920 - $54,080. Final offers for this role will be made within the parameters of the salary range provided. Years of experience, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation & offer package will include the following:
