A Day in the Life of a Project Manager:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle

Plan and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project success

Maintain project timelines to ensure that milestones are met

Manage project budgets, track costs, and provide regular updates to clients to ensure deadlines are met

Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors

Communicate project progress and issues to management

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and local permitting requirements

Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle

Manage day-to-day project activities to ensure projects are on track and meet the client's needs

Monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met

Work closely with the Production team to ensure that signage is fabricated and installed to meet quality standards

Address any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or issues Other duties:

Experience in sign manufacturing, construction, or logistics industry preferred
