Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates daily activities of 1-20 team members as directed by the Manager; inspires the team to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, safety, quality, and job knowledge
Reconcile defective and second location inventory daily; make inventory adjustments based on corrections as needed.
Researches inventory discrepancies and solves incomplete orders for same-day shipment.
Maintaining return to vendor request. Reconciling inventory returns and shipment of inventory returns to vendors.
Coordinates the return of incorrect shipments to customers with assigned team members.
Maintains workfront tickets to ensure resolution promptly.
Assist in supporting facility Key Performance Indicators that consistently meet/exceed established goals and objectives be willing to operate various types of power equipment to move products to various locations throughout the warehouse.
Retrain warehouse personnel on proper Standard Operating Procedures, best practices, and customer requirements.
Responsible for department opening and closing duties, as required assist with tracking the daily performance of associates. Required Skill:
Ability to communicate both verbally and written at a professional level
Knowledge of Microsoft packages: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Email.
Proven ability to define, drive, and implement goals
Professionalism and ability to manage and lead a team
