Job Description

Manage and oversee all aspects of Mixed Commercial & Multifamily construction projects

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders

Ensure compliance with all construction safety regulations

Review project plans and specifications

Provide regular project updates to senior management

Resolve any project-related issues promptly

Proficiency in managing Mixed Commercial & Multifamily Projects

Solid understanding of business services and construction industry

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
