Job Description
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers
Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Ensure project documents are complete

The Successful Applicant
A successful Multifamily Project Manager should have:
Proven experience as a construction project manager
Familiarity with construction/ project management software
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of building processes and construction details
Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
A team player with leadership abilities
BSc/BA in engineering, building science or relevant field What's on Offer
