Wage is $18-21/hr based upon experience. $1.50 increase after probationary period!

Job Description:
Client-Assemble & Assemble industrial machinery, mechanical components, and subassemblies using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment;reading and interpreting technical drawings.
Perform inspections and final inspections of incoming parts and assemblies
Identify and document defects or non-conformances and communicate findings
Collaborate with Project Coordinator, Machinists and Foreman to address and resolve assembly or quality issues.
Perform functional testing of assembled components to ensure operational reliability before delivery to the next phase of production or shipment.
Must Haves:
Must be technically proficient: ability to read technical drawings and blueprints as well as use calipers and measuring tools
Inspection experience: ability to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations in parts and assemblies
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment
High school diploma or GED required
Must have reliable transportation
Background check and drug test required prior to start Preferred but not required:
Vocational or technical training in mechanical engineering, industrial maintenance, or quality assurance
Familiarity with ISO quality standards or lean manufacturing principles
Certifications such as OSHA, Forklift, or relevant quality assurance certifications
