Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Salesforce Trainer. The work will be done 100% remotely. This is a 2-3 month contract. Full-time, 40 hours per week minimum. Compensation is hourly W2 or C2C.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Trainer to deliver short-term, virtual training sessions for our global project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and conducting interactive Salesforce training, providing hands-on guidance, and supporting users from the US, India, and England. This role requires the ability to adapt to different time zones and tailor training content for users with varying levels of Salesforce experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver virtual Salesforce training sessions to project team members across multiple regions
Customize training materials to accommodate diverse skill levels and roles
Provide live demonstrations, answer questions, and offer practical support during and after sessions
Develop user-friendly guides and reference materials
Monitor participant progress and provide follow-up assistance as needed
Coordinate and schedule training to suit US, India, and England time zones
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer or similar role
In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Service, or relevant Cloud)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.)
Ability to work flexible hours to support a global team
Salesforce certification(s) preferred
