Responsibilities

Warmly greet and welcome trade show attendees.

Engage with visitors, answer basic inquiries, and direct them to appropriate team members.

Ensure the environment remains tidy and inviting; assist with light setup or organization as needed.

Collect contact information and feedback from attendees as directed.

Represent the company with enthusiasm, confidence, and a welcoming demeanor throughout the event.

Requirements

Naturally approachable and easy to engage with.

Ability to connect with people quickly and convey a positive impression.

Punctual and reliable for the duration of the event.

Comfortable working in a dynamic trade show environment.

Comfortable standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or event hosting is a plus, but not required.
