Maintenance Man

Job Description

Lucille's Mountain Top Inn & Spa is actively seeking a reliable and experienced part-time maintenance man to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general maintenance and repair work, as well as a good understanding of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks throughout the inn, including repairing and replacing light fixtures, furniture, and appliances

Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify any maintenance issues or safety hazards

Assist with landscaping and grounds-keeping duties as needed

Respond to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely and efficient manner

Keep inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, and reorder as needed

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the inn meets high standards of cleanliness and safety Required Skills

Previous experience in general maintenance and repair work

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings and weekends as needed

This is a part-time position with approximately 20-25 hours per week. Benefits and compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
