A leading proprietary trading firm known for cutting-edge research and technology is looking for a Recruiting Operations Lead to drive excellence in our hiring processes. In this role, you'll be a critical partner in optimizing recruiting operations, refining workflows, managing vendor partnerships, and enabling a high-performing talent acquisition team across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and optimize recruiting processes to ensure smooth, efficient, and consistent operations globally

Oversee internal documentation, training materials, and playbooks to support hiring teams

Manage relationships with recruiting vendors and technology providers, including contracts, renewals, and performance evaluations

Ensure clean, accurate data across recruiting tools and reporting systems

Develop dashboards and reports to surface recruiting insights and support strategic decision-making

Identify and implement improvements in interview scheduling and candidate coordination

Provide mentorship and support to recruiting coordinators, ensuring high-quality service to candidates and hiring managers

Stay current with the latest tools and trends in recruiting technology, and bring forward recommendations that drive continuous improvement

Jump in on special projects or initiatives as needed

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, HR, or a related discipline

7+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR, or talent acquisition, with an emphasis on systems, tools, and process improvement

Strong background in vendor management and hands-on experience with ATS/CRM systems and scheduling tools

Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a knack for prioritizing in a fast-paced environment

Strong communicator and collaborator who enjoys working across teams and functions

Analytical mindset with experience in metrics reporting and process analysis

Global recruiting experience is a plus
