Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Distributors to establish, lead and grow our distributor network for outdoor power equipment and power tools across the North American market. This role is responsible for establishing and developing distributor strategies, managing relationships, driving sales performance, and aligning partners with our brand's values and goals. Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the overall distributor strategy to grow market share and drive revenue.
Establish and manage relationships with existing distributors, ensuring high levels of engagement, support, and performance.
Identify and onboard new distributors to increase and strengthen SENIX brand market reach nationwide.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure distributors have the tools and resources needed to succeed.
Conduct regular business reviews with distributors, setting quarterly goals, tracking KPIs, and identifying areas for improvement.
Monitor market trends and competitive activity, providing feedback to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Oversee training programs for distributor sales teams to ensure product knowledge and alignment with brand messaging.
Negotiate distributor agreements, pricing structures, and incentive programs.
Travel as needed to support distributor relationships and attend industry events.
Skills, Knowledge, and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
8+ years of experience in sales, distribution, or channel management, preferably in outdoor power equipment, power tools or a related industry.
Proven leadership experience managing distributor or dealer networks.
Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel 3050% as required.
Knowledge of outdoor power equipment or power tool markets and customer segments strongly preferred.
Experience with Netsuite software preferred
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable insights.
Located in a major continental USA city within 50 miles of a major US airline hub.

Work Environment:
This position requires an employee to work in a variety of locations including, but not limited to corporate office, home office, job sites, retailers, and distributor locations. Not all these environments are not controlled by YAT. The position is a Hybrid role with 1 day of remote/home office work allowed after your first 60 days.
