As a Call Center Agent, you will be at the frontline of our customer service operations, providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels. Your primary responsibility will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and courteously
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services
Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently
Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor when necessary
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and response timesQualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus
Proven experience in a customer service or call center role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Proficient in using telephone systems and computer applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
